Convergence of Cantonese Artistry

Chinesology is honoured to welcome renowned Cantonese master Chef Li Man-Kee for a one-night-only four hands collaboration with Chef Saito on April 9, Culinary Director of Chinesology. With more than fifty years devoted to the culinary arts, Chef Li mastered the fundamentals of traditional Cantonese cuisine, from the precise control of heat to the intricate techniques that honour the natural character of premium ingredients. Chef Saito, on the other hand, approaches Chinese cuisine through a contemporary lens. While deeply respecting classical techniques, he reinterprets flavours, textures and presentation to reveal new dimensions of Cantonese culinary artistry.

A rare meeting of generations and philosophies, this one-night collaboration brings together two distinguished chefs whose combined experience transforms a meal into a journey through the heritage and evolving artistry of Cantonese cuisine.
