At Chinesology, the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff are of paramount importance.  In view of the rapid developing coronavirus, we have taken additional precautionary measures on top of our usual health and safety protocols.


  1. All staffs are fully vaccinated with 2 does

  2. Restaurant is operating in Type D mode

  3. All staff is required to complete rapid antigen test daily provided by the company and obtain negative results before reporting to work

  4. All staff are strictly required to wear surgical mask and gloves during service

  5. Chefs have to wear surgical mask and gloves when handling and cooking food items

  6. A non-contact forehead infrared thermometer is arranged for taking a temperature check to all guests upon arrival

  7. Auto-sanitization dispenser is provided at the public area

  8. Disinfecting wet wipes are ready for each guest own use

  9. All dishwashers are adjusting and running at above 85 degree Celsius which deactivates viruses


We continue to closely monitor development of COVID-19 and strengthen relevant hygiene measures according to latest guideline issued by the HKSAR Government’s Department of Health. We will make every endeavor to provide the best dining experience.

From 11:30am to 6pm, last order at 5:00pm

Bar Area
From 11:30am to 6pm, last order at 5:30pm

  • No reservation for bar area.

  • According to latest guidelines on prevention of epidemic, guests are required to leave by 6pm.

  • Selected signature dishes required more preparation time. Please reserve at least 2 days in advance for optimal dining experience.

  • Corkage applies, please contact the restaurant for more details.

  • Please kindly remark in the reservation system if you have any food allergy. We might not able to fulfill all the special dining requests.

  • We request that guests refrain from wearing flip flops or sandals. Chinesology reserves the right to refuse entry of those customers and guests who do not meet the dress code.

  • Smoking is restricted in the restaurant.
